Manager Noth (Former Employee) says

"It is totally fabricated that FUJIFILM is taking care of its employees. They are so arrogant for their benefit they can give shock to anyone. I was hired in January 21st 2020. I was not even fully settled. was working day night these days. Was in touch with all customers and was handling all the escalations and was doing my all given tasks timely. last Monday my boss called me up and told me that there is a bad news for you. Company has decided to say bye bye to you, Reason is this epidemic. HR gave the reason that You have recently joined and that too you are still in probation so it is very easy for us to take the decision. Is this the professionalism. Where will i go, what will i do to my family in these circumstances.nono"

Sales Advisor (Former Employee) says

"Wasted time & money sending me all over the U.k for training I didn't need , then made me redundant.Useless company & useless experience gained there ."

Shipping/Outbound (Former Employee) says

"The seasonal position(s) are very stressful, overworked, very few breaks, the pay did not match the hours worked - it was always less than it was supposed to be. Horrible working conditions. It's easy to get a seasonal job thereExtremely poor working conditions"

Operator (Current Employee) says

"Hr is a joke. They wont help you if you have an issue. You will have a issue, so good luck. Very clicky. Very poor pay , health care sucks . Management is very very poor . No advancement at all. They don't promote within constantly hiring externally, no competitive pay at all . Trust me , do not work here. Look elsewhere. Like Intel or someone else who deals with chemicals. It is dangerous work and they wont pay you for it or treat you right . TRUST MENoneEverything"

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Former Employee) says

"Awful place to work! Awful management no help what so ever so much micromanagement with very little to almost zero help. I can not stress it enough awful management and supervisors. The most stressful place I have ever worked, and for low pay not worth it. I do not recommend this job at all !!!! I worked in Edison for 3 months worst 3 months of my life !!!! I left because I could not take the stress having so much put on one person aka me, and the rudeness of the management and employees.NoneShort breaks, micromanagement, rude employees, too much tasks per position, awful supervision"

Service Technician (Former Employee) says

"struggling to make ends meet in a dying market. The technicians traveling approximately 1000 miles/week. Too much wheel time to get much else accomplished.Company carnot enough technicians"

Seasonal Production (Former Employee) says

"Worked here during semester off from school. Where do I begin. I thought I was hired by Fuji only to find out that I was hired by an agency. The managers were remarkabley incompetent and treat their employees like animals. Because of the Christmas rush and the inefficient setup of the production floor they are constantly behind schedule and as a result blame workers for not being productive enough. I can't stress enough what a toxic environment this place was. But the incompetence of the managers is what really makes this place miserable, they will literally walk around station to station and watch workers but can't provide any assistance when an issue arises because they literally don't know what they are doing. Don't bother with this joke of a business.Nothing.Everything: see review"

Assembly Worker (Former Employee) says

"Fuji film was a poorly run business. their machines were out dated and their workloads were too heavy. This company closed down years ago because film developing has become obsolete.overtimeshort breaks. mean staff"

Operator CRM Executive (Former Employee) says

"Ok company to work. 9 hrs shift and two days week off. Very late salary appraisal. Staff is not good. the manager always discusses about past negative mistakes which is very demotivating."

Assembly Worker/Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"Worst place to work at if you are looking for a good, stable job. The only thing that kept me at Fuji was the pay. The work day drags on forever even if you are good at your position. You do not learn anything truly useful. The management (for the most part) is rude and degrading. The co-workers are blissfully ignorant.Hourly rateHostile environment and uneducated superiors"

INK FORMULATION LAB TECHNICIAN (Former Employee) says

"I liked meeting and interacting with the Japanese Chemist Alot of racial profiling at the job Was not flexible with hours Learned some new things impossible expectationsLearned new thingsunreasonable at times"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"Its a temporary job with ok pay. The hours are 8 hour shift with a lunch break. Job was good but seasonal. I would work here again."

Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"I got very sick working there. I was diagnosed with Chron's disease due to the level of stress.NonNot enough pay to deal with the stress"

QA Analyst (Former Employee) says

"you are better off working at mcdonalds at least there you can eat for free. There is no management really. Incompetent people are working there as supervisors and that will be the final downfall of this company hopefully soon. This company will be another Kodak.nothingeverything"

Temp (Former Employee) says

"I was employed with Fuji Film through a staffing company and we were not always guaranteed a spot or either got laid-off."

Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) says

"Stuck in a dead end job. I do not even get a cost of leaving raise, I meet expectations on my yearly reviews. This is the GOOD OLD BOY American company. Not Japanese company any more."

Guillotine tech 2 (Former Employee) says

"This company has a tight buddy system and it is shown. The work ethics are poor and the environment is even worse. The management is poor and unappealing. The hours are long and swing shift every shift. The work is physical and time consuming. You walk into to work and a fellow employee can cuss at you and throws temper tantrums and the drunk supervisor will do nothing. You get hurt its your fault and they are trying to fire you for anything. Write ups happen to keep you in a certain spot. HR can not answer simple questions because they themselves do not know the answer. It is a zoo and it has a bunch of sleep deprived zombies working crazy hours that there is no respite in sight for. I would not recommend this place for work for my worst enemy."
